[:de]Gestern habe ich mit Jyoti und Norell etwas Dummyarbeit über Wasser gemacht.
Norell hatte einen Memory-Punkt über Wasser und zunächst 180° dazu einen Memorypunkt an Land, dann auch im 90° Winkel dazu noch einen.
Los ging es direkt vom Ufer über Wasser bzw ans andere Ufer, denn zwei waren etwas kurz geworfen um schwammen direkt am Ufer (und wurden nach rechts abgetrieben).
Dies war übrigens Norells erste Wasserarbeit. Vorher war er schon ab und an mit mir oder mit anderen Hunden etwas schwimmen und zeigte sich hier sicher.
Die Wasserannahme war überhaupt kein Thema, er ging sicher rein und schwamm dann einfach los.
Nach der Abgabe im Fuß etwas zurück, auf den anderen Punkt zu, dann darauf einweisen.
Im Anschluss zunächst mit mehr Weg am Ufer übers Wasser. Erneut eine gute Wasserannahme. Das zweite Dummy war mittlerweile etwas abgetrieben worden, er bekam Wind und verfolgte es zielstrebig schwimmend. Cool – macht nur die zwei Dummys, die am ufer gelandet waren schwieriger…
Nun habe ich den zweiten Punkt an Land bestückt. Einmal dorthin entlang des Ufers.
Dann Fuß zum Ufer, erneut rüber – und keine Probleme, nun drüben an Land zu gehen!
Nach der Abgabe wieder Fuß zurück zum vorherigen Punkt, nochmal zum Memorypunkt an Land. Als letztes noch ein Stück weiter nach hinten und trotz des Verleitpunktes seitlich ein letztes Mal über Wasser.

Jyoti durfte dann zwei Blinds über Wasser arbeiten.
Beim Auslegen waren wir ganz alleine dort. Kaum hatte ich sie geholt, war nicht nur ein Pärchen genau da sitzend, von wo ich schicken wollte, sondern auch noch ein weiteres Pärchen mit Hund am spielen… Nachdem wir uns beide konzentriert hatten und diese Ablenkung ausgeblendet haben, klappten beide Blinds richtig gut!
Sie hat das Wasser gut angenommen und ist zielstrebig in Richtung des Ufers geschwommen.
Das Video ist etwas gekürzt, zum einen, damit man das Pärchen nicht erkenne kann und zum anderen, weil eine schwimmende Jyoti nun auch nicht soooo spannend ist, dass jedes Mal der ganze Weg drauf sein muss.
[:en]Yesterday I had a nice Dummytrainig over water with Norell and Jyoti. For Norell it was his very first work over water – and he did so great!
For Norell I had a memory-point over water and at first a second memory-point in 180° on the land, later on a second one in a 90° angle.
We started from the waterline over water towards the other shore. Two were thrown to short and therefore floating in the wather close to the shore.
For his very first water work, he was really confident and just went into the water and began to swim. On the following video, you can see, that he still is an unexperienced swimmer, because he splashes a lot at first.
After the first retrieve, a little heelwork and than the other point.
Following that, I send Norell over water with more space to the waterlin. Again he went into the water without hesitation. The second dummy drifted away, but Norell got the scent and followed it swimming and very determined.Cool – but now the other two dummys an the shore would be more difficult…
But first I send Norell to the second point in a 90° angle.
Then heelwork to the shore and over water again. Wow – no problem, although he found the first to in the water.
After the retrieve, more heelwork, again to the second memorypoint on the lnd an than aiagin over water.
Yes, I have to admit, that I’m very proud of Norells very first water work!
Jyoti had two blinds over water
When I went there to hide the dummys, now one was there. After I came back with Jyoti, there was a couple sitting exactly on my favorized starting point…
After we ignored the distraction, it was really great.
The video shows only part of the blinds, because I didn’t want the couple to be seen.
